Delivery, pickup or on-site orders
Each location configures the order types it offers. Customers browse dishes and options, build their basket and check the summary before confirming.
For delivery, the address, service area and fees must match the restaurant's settings. For pickup, the customer collects from the establishment. On-site ordering connects to table service and the features available in the selected plan.
Shared visibility for managers and kitchen staff
Orders move through processing stages so the team can distinguish new requests from those being prepared or already completed. The kitchen display brings together the information needed to prepare dishes.
Tracking supports the restaurant's operation. Check stock availability, opening hours and capacity before accepting an order. The restaurant remains responsible for preparation and for handing the order to the customer.
Understand fees and payment
Resto237's restaurant subscription and the commissions attached to the plan are separate costs. Public pricing lets owners compare these before signing up.
Paying for an order and paying for the restaurant subscription are separate workflows. Order options depend on the establishment; subscriptions use the Mobile Money methods available in billing. Check the summary rather than assuming a payment option is supported.
